CHALLENGE
Institute for Study Abroad at Butler University found itself in a crowded market of study abroad programs and was concerned that its story was not connecting with prospective students. MediaSauce was asked to create and execute a strategy for telling a compelling story and promoting enrollment.
ASSESSMENT
To stand out in a crowd of study abroad programs, MediaSauce recommended researching IFSA-Butler's core audiences to isolate key factors that would attract visitors to the site. It was determined that a travel-focused site should be visually engaging and include user-generated content that is informative and familiar to visitors.
STRATEGY
By implementing simple navigation coupled with some entertaining animation, MediaSauce was able to create a compelling overview of IFSA-Butler's unique student-services process for their audience. Implementing a blog and social network also made an impact by allowing real students to share their stories, videos and photos of collegiate life abroad.
