CHALLENGE
To boost ticket sales, the Indiana Pacers wanted to improve their online ticket purchasing process to encourage increased renewals and upgrades. They partnered with MediaSauce for a solution.
ASSESSMENT
The Indiana Pacers' ticket purchasing process was in need of greater engagement to compel visitors to upgrade or renew their season tickets. MediaSauce recommended improving usability and presenting seating options in a way that allowed users to hone in on seating that closely matched their criteria. Personalizing the online interaction for current season ticket holders was also recommended.
STRATEGY
MediaSauce created the Season Ticket-Holder Online Renewal Guide. This guide allowed fans to customize their purchasing process by enabling them to easily compare ticket packages, making renewals and upgrades simple. With their own personalized website, Pacers Season Ticket Holders were able to access exclusive information such as contact information for their ticket representative, as well as information about their current seats. An interactive seating guide opened the floor to users with a streamlined process for exploring new seats.
