Uninterrupted access is our goal. YourBlueprint® offers temporary medication options while awaiting an insurance coverage determination or transitioning between doses.
Delayed insurance coverage?
The QuickStart Program offers a no-cost, 15-day supply of therapy and 3 refills to eligible patients with private/commercial or government insurance delays. To be eligible:
Patients must be new to therapy
Prescriber must complete the YourBlueprint enrollment form below per the instructions and email it to info@yourblueprint.com or fax to 1-866-370-3082
Enrollment form should include QuickStart prescription selections
Interruption in coverage?
The Coverage Interruption Program provides a no-cost, 15-day supply of treatment and 3 refills (to eligible patients already on therapy who face a temporary interruption in insurance coverage). To be eligible:
Patients must be on therapy
Prescriber must complete the YourBlueprint enrollment form below per the instructions and email it to info@yourblueprint.com or fax to 1-866-370-3082

Changing the dosage?
The Dose Exchange Program allows patients with a change in their treatment dosage to exchange remaining medication for the new dose. To be eligible:
Please note that the YourBlueprint Dose Exchange Program is facilitated by the YourBlueprint non-commercial pharmacy and not by the pharmacy where your patient’s previous prescription was submitted. For future refills, a new prescription will need to be submitted to the patient’s current dispensing pharmacy.

Patient must return any remaining pills—instructions for return will be provided with a pre-addressed envelope
Patient may not exceed 3 dose exchange replacements in their lifetime
